How do I view multiple individuals' calendars side-by-side?

Information

Viewing calendars side-by-side (often referred to as "Day View") is the most effective way to compare schedules, identify common free time, and manage appointments for multiple team members or resources at once.

Resolution

1. On the left-side sidebar, locate the My calendars or Other calendars sections.
2. Check the boxes next to the names of the individuals whose calendars you wish to see.
   • Note: If you need help finding a calendar, refer to our guide on how to add and view multiple calendars (opens in a new window).
3. In the upper right corner of the page, click the View Switcher (this button usually says "Week," "Month," or "Schedule").
4. Select Day from the dropdown menu.
   • The calendars will now align in vertical columns side-by-side for that specific day.
