How do I view my co-worker's calendars?

Resolution

View a co-worker's calendar

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar (opens in a new window).
  2. On the left side under the Meet with... section, click Search for people.
  3. Start entering the person's name or email address and select the person from the list.
  4. You can now quickly schedule events by checking your co-workers’ availability.

Subscribe to a co-worker's calendar

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar (opens in a new window).
  2. On the left, next to Other calendars, click the Add other calendars icon (resembles a plus sign) and select Subscribe to calendar.
  3. Start entering the person's name or email address and select them from the list.
  4. To quickly schedule events and manage views:
    • Individual view: Check the box next to a co-worker's name to view their calendar next to yours.
    • Group view: Check the boxes next to multiple names, or enter names in the Meet with... field to see several calendars at once.
    • The calendars appear side-by-side so you can easily identify when everyone is free at the same time.

To view only your calendar

  • (Optional) Hover over your calendar name and click the Options icon (three vertical dots), then select Display this only.
