Name Change Information
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, you do not qualify to have your account named updated.

Name changes must occur through the Student Records Department (Students) or HR Department (Staff and Faculty) before we can process a name change.

Student Name Changes:
A student name can be changed with a driver's license or state ID and court decree, marriage certificate or certificate of naturalization. You can upload this in your Online Center account. Navigate to the Academic Records tile, click "Send files to Student Records" this is the second link from the bottom.

Employees/student workers must email hr@grcc.edu to update your name.

Identify a date and time during business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) when you will not be logged into any GRCC systems for a minimum of 1 hour.
