Unable to Log In to LMA (Blackboard or Canvas) Account

Issue

After logging into MyGRCC I am unable to access Blackboard/Canvas

Environment

• Web Browser
• Blackboard
• Canvas
• MyGRCC

Cause Check

• You are a current or recently admitted GRCC student, faculty, or staff member.
• You have Declared an Academic Program.
• If you are a retuning student you are signed up for classes. 

Resolution

If student is currently enrolled

• Clear Cookies and Cache.
• Update browser or device's OS to the latest version.
• Try a different browser or device.
• Uninstall and reinstall the Blackboard or Canvas app from phone (if applicable).
• If using an Apple device, disable iCloud Private Relay and Limit IP Address Tracking settings.

If student is not currently enrolled

• Click the Online Center tile.
  • Click on Academic Records.
  • Select Declare and Academic Program from the left-hand menu.
  • Fill out the form.
• OR
  • Click on Online Center.
  • Select Add or Drop a class and sign up for a course.
