Issue
After logging into MyGRCC I am unable to access Blackboard
Environment
- Web Browser
- Blackboard
- MyGRCC
Cause Check
- You are a current or recently admitted GRCC student, faculty, or staff member.
- You have Declared an Academic Program.
- If you are a retuning student you are signed up for classes.
Resolution
If student is currently enrolled
- Clear Cookies and Cache.
- Try a different browser or device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Blackboard app from phone (if applicable).
If student is not currently enrolled
- Click the Online Center tile.
- Click on Academic Records.
- Select Declare and Academic Program from the left-hand menu.
- Fill out the form.
- OR
- Click on Online Center.
- Select Add or Drop a class and sign up for a course.
