Requesting an Event Login (Guest Access)


A guest login is required for an event on the GRCC campus.

Event access requests for GRCC guests can now be submitted through the TeamDynamix service portal. The request should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. The guest login will be sent to the GRCC contact specified during the submission process.



  1. Follow this link to the Guest Access service.
  2. Login using your campus network credentials.
  3. Click Request Service.
  4. Fill in the required fields, and submit the request.
  5. The login information will be sent the morning of the event to the GRCC email of the Faculty or Staff member specified as the contact.
