Logging in to FileZilla

Question

I am in a Computer Information Systems (CIS) HTML course that usese FileZilla, how do I log in to the Raider server?

Environment 

• FileZilla
• Raider Server

Information

The installer file and information will/should be provided by your instructor in Blackboard.

Resolution

1. Launch FileZilla
2. Under Site Manager, enter the following information:
   • Host: raider.grcc.edu
   • Port: 22
   • Protocol: SFTP-SSH File Transfer Protocol
   • Login Type: Normal
   • User: campus network username - all lowercase
   • Password: campus network password

Note: You must have a strong Internet connection to establish a connection to the server.
