Registering for RAVE mobile alerts.

Information
Grand Rapids Community College has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety, the leader in mobile safety, to offer an emergency notification system, Rave Alert, capable of sending users text, voice, and email messages.

Note: All Faculty, Staff, and Students of GRCC are automatically enrolled in RAVE alerts each semester. You will not need to create an account if you are one of these individuals. Please use the
password reset option if you cannot sign in to your account.
Resolution
If you have not set up an account, click Register
- Navigate to GRCC RAVE login page
- Click Register
- Fill in appropriate information
- Check box indicating you have read and agree to the terms and conditions
- Proceed to Next Step
- Confirm the name of your Mobile Carrier and how you are billed by them
- Proceed to Next Step
- A message say to check email for confirmation
- Click confirmation text to your phone in the email
- Enter code on the web page
- Select Finish
- You will be taken to a My Account page where you can customize how you wish to be notified
- Another email will be sent to you welcoming you to the Rave service
- This email will have the URL to the Rave website and a password reminder link
If you already have an account set up and would like to log in:
- Enter your Rave Username and Password.
- This is typically your student email address (e.g. joedoe@email.grcc.edu).
- If you have forgotten your username and/or password click Forgot username or password link.
- This will require you to enter your Username, registered phone number, or email address.
