Updating Staff Bio and Photo ID on a GRCC Webpage

Issue

  • An employee's staff bio page needs to be updated or archived on a department webpage.
  • An employee has a new RaiderCard photo and would like it updated on their bio page.

Environment

Information

The Communications and Marketing department manages the directory and bio information for the college. Detailed instructions for adding new bios, editing existing information, or archiving a bio can be found on the Faculty and Staff Bio support page (opens in a new window).

Resolution

  1. Self-Service: Follow the instructions provided on the Bio Support Page to submit updates or requests.
  2. Photo Updates: If you are requesting a photo update specifically from your RaiderCard, please note that these do not always sync automatically to the web.
  3. Follow-up: If requested content changes have not been updated after 24 hours, please contact the Web Team directly by emailing webhelp@grcc.edu.
