Courses Missing from Student's Canvas Account

Issue

Course(s) a student has registered for are not showing up in Blackboard or Canvas.

Environment

• Blackboard
• Canvas
• PeopleSoft
  • Online Center
  • CSProd

Troubleshooting

• Verify Enrollment time - Blackboard or Canvas
• Verify Course Visibility settings have not been set to hidden in Blackboard or Canvas
• Verify the instructor has the class set to unavailable.
  • The course will typically show as "unavailable" in the course list.
• Verify if the student was dropped from the course. 
• Verify the student has not register for a Customized Workforce Training program. 
• Verify if the student is disabled within the course (Blackboard Only)
