Unable to Login to Canvas App

Issue

Unable to log into the Canvas app even through I can log in on a computer.

• Canvas Mobile App

Information

Any given update to the Canvas system has the potential to need an update or refresh of the Canvas app.

Resolution

Uninstall and reinstall the app.
