How do I block an email address in Gmail?

Answer

  1. On your computer, go to Gmail.
  2. Open a message from the sender you wish to block.
  3. In the top right of the message pane, click More (three vertical dots).
  4. Click Block [sender].

To view blocked email addresses:

  1. On your computer, go to Gmail.
  2. In the top right, click Settings (gear icon).
  3. Click See all settings.
  4. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
