Information
This issue may be more prevalent with Job Training courses because they are Credit/Non-Credit and receive a grade of (S) Satisfactory or (UN) Unsatisfactory.
Resolution
Student Records may not have setup grading for the course. Reach out to Student Records to confirm if the grading option was setup for the course.
