Courses Missing from Student's Canvas Account

Issue

Course(s) a student has registered for are not showing up in Canvas.

Troubleshooting

• Verify Enrollment time (opens in a new window)
• Verify the instructor has the class set to Published.
  • The course will typically show as "unavailable" in the course list.
• Verify if the student was dropped from the course (opens in a new window)
• Verify the student has not registered for a Customized Workforce Training program (opens in a new window)
• Check the student's enrollment status (opens in a new window)
• Check whether the course has ended (opens in a new window)
