Updating Prefered RAVE Alerts Preferences

How do I update my preferred notification settings for campus wide RAVE alerts?

Information

Rave sends a broadcast alert to your mobile phone via text, email, and voice.

The preferred email address can be your school email address or a personal email address such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Outlook.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the RAVE website (opens in a new window).
  2. Log in using your GRCC email as the username.
    • Note: this does not sync with your Campus Network password.
      • If you do not remember your password or cannot login, please use the Forgot Password link.
  3. In the User icon My Account tab you will see all devices and email address that will receive notifications.
  4. Click the plus icon Add or remove icon Remove buttons to manage your preferences.
