Information
VMware horizon is a virtualization application that allows the use of virtual machines over remote delivery. This application delivers these functions as a managed service to employees.
Resolution
1. Uninstall both versions of the VMware Horizon Client
2. Restart the computer
3. Install the latest version of the software
Cause
This issue is caused when there are two versions of VMware Horizon installed on the system.
