Which extensions for standard web browsers used at GRCC are approved and unapproved for installation on college Windows devices?
Note: Inclusion on this list should not be considered indicative of a service's approval status through other channels (e.g., desktop app, website, etc.).

Approved + Active Extensions
Note: Currently, extensions from the Chrome Web Store can not be added while signed in to
Google Chrome using your GRCC Google account due to
global age settings enforced by Google. You will need to log out of your
Google Account, navigate to Google.com, select your profile picture, and sign out. Then, install the approved extension and log back in to your
Google Account.
Note: Starting in July 2025, Chrome app support is being
phased out in stages and reaches end of life in October 2028. This includes Google apps/extensions like Gmail, Sheets, Slides, etc.
