Student is requesting assistance with Lockdown Browser for ALEKS. The Lockdown Browser that was installed only redirects to Blackboard.

The LockDown Browser installer is specific to the site its locking down.
Resolution
Student will need to download a separate Lockdown Browser for ALEKS.
