Resolution

Check for the Wi-Fi icon

  1. Look for the Wi-Fi icon (a signal-like symbol) in the top-right corner of your screen.

macOS Monterey (12.x) and earlier

  1. Open the Apple menu and select System Preferences.
  2. Select Network.
  3. From the left-hand menu, select Wi-Fi.
  4. Click Turn Wi-Fi On if it is currently off.
  5. Select the checkbox labeled Show Wi-Fi status in menu bar.
  6. Click Apply, then close System Preferences.
  7. Proceed to the Logging in to GRCC WiFi (opens in a new window) article.

macOS Ventura (13.x) and later

  1. Open the Apple menu and select System Settings.
  2. Select Wi-Fi from the sidebar.
  3. Toggle the Wi-Fi switch to On (the switch will appear blue).
  4. Proceed to the Logging in to GRCC WiFi (opens in a new window) article.
