Check for the Wi-Fi icon:
- Look for the Wi-Fi icon (a signal-like symbol) in the top-right corner of your screen.
- If the Wi-Fi icon is visible, follow the steps in the Logging on to GRCC Wi-Fi article.

- Select Network.
- From the left-hand menu, select Wi-Fi (formerly listed as AirPort).
- Click Turn Wi-Fi On if it’s currently off.
- Check the box labeled Show Wi-Fi status in menu bar.
- Click Apply, then close System Preferences.
- Proceed to Logging on to GRCC Wi-Fi.
macOS Ventura (13.x) and later:
- Open System Settings from the Apple menu.
- Select Wi-Fi from the sidebar.
- Toggle Wi-Fi to On (the switch will turn blue).
- Proceed to Logging on to GRCC Wi-Fi.
