Carrying Student IDs

How to change default settings when PeopleSoft is holding over student ID numbers from one page to another.

How do I get PeopleSoft to stop saving student ID numbers when I change pages?

The ability to carry IDs from one page to another within PeopleSoft can be helpful when assisting the same student and navigating between pages, however it is a feature than can be turned off.

Answer

1. Log into the MyGRCC Portal and navigate to CSProd
2. Click on the NavBar icon.
3. Select Menu.
4. Select Set Up SACR.
5. Select User Defaults.
6. Select User Defaults 4 page.
7. Uncheck the checkbox next to Carry ID.
8. Click Save.
9. Sign out of CSProd.
10. Clear your cookies and cache (opens in a new window).
