Power Cycling a Konica Minolta Printer

Issue

There is an error message on the printer that will not go away with a standard restart.

Information

The printer can not be restarted with the power button on top of the machine, this simply puts it into power saving mode. Follow the instructions below to perform a full power cycle of the device. 

Resolution

Model: 308 and 368

1. Pull down the door on the front of the machine, above the paper trays.
2. Locate the switch on the bottom left.
3. Flip the switch to the off position and wait 30 seconds.
4. Flip the switch to the on position and wait for the machine to boot up.

Model: 4750 and 4050

1. Locate the switch on the back of the machine.
2. Flip the switch to the off position and wait 30 seconds.
3. Flip the switch to the on position and wait for the machine to boot up.
