Our completion deadline for this project is March 1, 2025
This is when our contract with Cisco expires. We will move the departments with the highest call volume starting in September. We are tentatively planning for most people moved to Zoom phone by the end of 2024. Devices such as fax machines and cordless phones will be moved after the people portion of the project has been completed. You can check out the tentative schedule here.
