Signing into the MyGRCC Portal with Multi-Factor Authentication

How do I sign in using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Environment

• MyGRCC Portal

Answer

1. Navigate to the MyGRCC Portal (opens in a new window)
2. Enter username and passphrase (password)
3. Enter 2nd Factor / One Time Passcode
   1. By default, this will be sent to your personal email address. To change the default, follow the instructions for changing default multi-factor delivery method
4. If on a trusted device, select Remember this device?
   Note: Only 5 devices can be remembered for 14 days at a time.
5. Click Sign In
