Error when clicking Add/Drop Classes

Resolving an error message when clicking on the Add/Drop classes link within the online center.

Issue

When clicking the Add/Drop Classes button an error message occurs

Error: Welcome to the CSProd environment, an error occurred logging you in, please try again or contact the support desk

Clearing Cookies and Cache will resolve the issue
