Purchasing Discounted Software through OnTheHub

Issue

Purchasing discounted software through GRCC's On The Hub store. 

Environment

Information

From Windows 10 to Microsoft Office, as a Student, Faculty or Staff member of GRCC you're eligible for discounted pricing on a plethora of software.

Resolution

1. Open your preferred browser.
2. Visit GRCC’s OnTheHub webpage.
3. Click on the Sign In hyperlink. This hyperlink is located in the upper right hand corner of the webpage.
   • Note: For more information and instructions on creating an account for OnTheHub, please refer to the article on Creating an OnTheHub account.
4. Enter your GRCC email address in the Username field.
5. Enter your passphrase (password) in the Password field.
   • Note: This passphrase is not tied to your GRCC Campus Network passphrase, it is an independent  passphrase.
6. Click the Sign In button.
7. Search for the name of the software you are looking for, or browse using the publisher tabs.
8. Click Add to Cart. This will load a new window.
9. Click the Check Out button.
10. Read any and all Terms of Agreement posted.
11. Click the Accept button once you have read the Terms of Agreement.
12. Complete the checkout process by filling in the required billing information to purchase your discounted software.
