Error Message While Accessing FPE

When presented with a contact your administrator error message while accessing Faculty Performance Evaluation, clearing your cookies and cache will resolve the issue.

Issue

While in the Faculty Self-Service page, inside the Online Center, when clicking on Faculty Performance Evaluation, user was presented with an error message stating "contact system administrator"
