No Printers Installed Error from Microsoft

Issue

When trying to print from Microsoft there were no printers to select from.
When going into printers and devices it would not allow me to set default printer to Find_Me_Gray

Environment

• Windows
• Microsoft 365
• Printer Settings

Resolution

1. Follow steps in this article: Installing a Campus Printer on a Campus Windows Device (opens in a new window).
2. If error, "The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine" appears:
   1. Wait 1 minutes
   2. Double-click on desired printer again
3. If error persists, contact the IT Support Desk at (616) 234-4357, or submit a ticket (opens in a new window).
