What is the IT Service Catalog and how do I find what I need?

Information

The IT Service Catalog is a comprehensive list of services offered by the GRCC Information Technology department. For instructions on how to access and search for what you need, see below.

Answer

Access the Service Catalog

1. Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal (opens in a new window).
2. Click Sign In in the top right corner to be directed to the MyGRCC login page.
3. Select the Services tab or search directly from the home page.

Search Bar and Filter

1. Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal (opens in a new window).
2. Click Sign In in the top right corner to be directed to the MyGRCC login page.
3. Locate the search bar in the top right corner.
4. Click on the Globe icon.
5. Select Service Catalog from the options.
   • This will filter the Knowledge Base out of your search results.
6. Enter your keywords in the search bar.
7. Click the search icon or press Enter.
8. Scroll through the results to find the appropriate service or try again with another keyword search.

Search by Category

1. Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal (opens in a new window).
2. Sign in with your MyGRCC credentials in the top right corner.
3. Select the Services tab.
4. Click on a category to view services on that topic.
5. Click on subcategories to get more specific services.
6. You may also use the Search This Category search bar to find services within the current category.
