Insufficient Funds at Printer

Select Charge to Shared Account in Papercut if an insufficient funds notification comes up when sending print job to Konica printer.

Issue

User is getting an insufficient funds message when swiping card at the printer to retrieve prints.

 

Environment

• Konica Minolta Printer
• PaperCut

 

Resolution

When printing at your computer and the PaperCut print job notification comes up, make sure to select the option to Charge to Shared Account rather than Charge to my Personal Account.

If you do want to charge your personal account, but see this error, then ensure that enough funds have been deposited to your Raider Card.
