Ricoh Printer Missing from Available Print Devices

Most common way to retrieve missing Find_Me_Gray_Ricoh and Find_Me_Color_Ricoh printers is restarting

Issue

The Find_Me_Gray_Ricoh or Find_Me_Color_Ricoh printer is missing from my computer.

• GRCC Campus Computers
• Network Printer
• PaperCut

 

Resolution

Please restart your computer after signing in and connecting to the GRCC Network if the printer does not show up.

If a restart does not solve the issue contact the Support Desk for further troubleshooting.
