What is the IT Service Catalog and how do I find what I need?

Information
The IT Service Catalog is a comprehensive list of services offered by the GRCC Information Technology department. For instructions on how to access and search for what you need see below.
Answer
Access the Service Catalog
- Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal
- Click Sign in in the top right corner to be directed to the MyGRCC Login page
- Select the Services tab or search directly from home page
Search Bar and Filter
- Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal
- Click Sign in in the top right corner to be directed to the MyGRCC Login page
- Locate the search bar in the top right corner
- Click on the globe icon
- Select Service Catalog from the options
- This will filter the Knowledge Base out of your search results
- Enter your keywords in the search bar
- Click or hit Enter
- Scroll through the results to find the appropriate service or try again with another keyword search
Search by Category
- Navigate to the IT Self-Service Portal
- Sign in with your MyGRCC credentials in the top right corner
- Select the Services tab
- Click on a Category to view services on that topic
- Click on Subcategories to get more specific services
- You may also use the Search This Category search bar to find services within the current category
