Scanner Request / Installation

Introduction

If you computer / machine has been moved or you have a new scanner, or if your department would like an additional scanner to be used with Perceptive Content, please submit a service request.

Eligibility

  • Any department needing a document scanner be moved or added
  • If your department already has a Perceptive Content scanner and you are requesting a new scanner, you may need to provide an account number for the expense of the scanner
