Updating Password with Password Self Service

Question

My passphrase (password) is expired and I need to update it.
I would like to update my passphrase.

Environment

• Password Reset Tool
• MyGRCC

Information

If you do not know your username or passphrase follow the Username/Password Recovery Instructions

Process

1. Go to MyGRCC
2. Sign in using current Credentials
3. Click  drop down arrow in upper right next to your username
4. Click Edit Profile
5. Click Change your password now
6. Enter current passphrase
7. Enter new passphrase
   1. Passphrases must contain the following:
      • 10 characters
      • At least 1 uppercase letter
      • At least 1 lowercase letter
      • At least 1 number.
8. Re-enter new passphrase
9. Click Continue

Campus Computer "lookup" Profile

1. When logging in on a GRCC campus computer, you can enter the word "lookup" for both the user name and password fields.
   • A browser will launch directly to the MyGRCC Portal
