Adjusting the Volume on Konica Minolta Printers

Issue

The printers audible feedback when pressing buttons is too loud or too quiet and needs to be adjusted.

Environment

• Konica Minolta Printer

Resolution

1. Log into the Printer using your RaiderCard or Campus Network Login
2. Press Device Functions
3. Select Any Account​​​​​​​
4. Press Sound Setting
5. Press Sound Type/Volume Setting
6. Under the Volume Setting, Press High, Medium, or Low depending on how loud you want the printer's beeps to be.

This will adjust the volume for all users on the Printer, and can be changed by any user.
