For general support and how-to articles you can either reach out to the Teaching, Learning, and Distance Education department by phone at (616) 234-3205, by email at tlde@grcc.edu, or refer to the Blackboard Help support site.
If something is broken or giving an error message you can reach out to the IT Support Desk at (616)234-4357 or submit a ticket through our Service Portal.
