Enrollment Requirements
Students must be currently enrolled at GRCC and complete two enrollment forms: (1) the Follow-up Form (formerly called the Interest Form), and (2) the FutureTech Intake Form. The Follow-up Form collects basic contact information. The Intake Form takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Where to Access the Forms
Both forms are available in the “Forms” module on the FutureTech Canvas page and on the program’s website.
Next Steps After Submission
Once the forms are submitted, a Success Coach will follow up via email to schedule an initial meeting. This meeting will cover program expectations and initiate the development of an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP). The ILP will help align the student’s academic progress and career development goals.
