Academic & Career Coaching
Students are matched with Success Coaches who help develop and maintain an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). Coaches provide regular check-ins, progress monitoring, and guidance on navigating campus and community resources. Students also receive support in goal setting, program planning, and referral to tutoring or instructional help as needed.
Career Exploration & Employment Services
Participants receive help exploring career options and gaining experience through job shadowing, employer panels, and work-based learning when available. Students also benefit from:

Access to employer-led advisory councils for current labor market insights
Financial Support (Eligibility-Based)
Some students may qualify for financial assistance, including:
