When This Field Should Be Used

This field should be completed when:

• A participant is enrolled in FutureTech Careers, and
• The participant is in the Training stage or later, and
• The participant begins an Internship or Work Experience opportunity
  • Most Work-Based Learnings (WBL) opportunities can be included
    • Ask if unsure

This field is used to record the most recent Internship or WBL.

Before You Begin

Before entering this information, verify that:

• The participant is Enrolled into Launchpad
• The participant is listed as being in the Training stage or later
• The Internship or WBL has a starting date

How to Record an Internship or WBL

1. Navigate to the participant’s Enrollment page in Launchpad.
2. Verify the participant is associated with a Training Activity.
3. Navigate to the Federal Case Management tab.
4. Enter the start date only in the field labeled:
   “Most Rec. Date Rec. Intern. or WEX Opps.”
   1. This field captures the start date of the most recent Internship or WBL.

   Create a Case Note documenting Internship or WBL details.
   1. This step for internal use and record keeping
