Over the last week, the following items were accomplished.

1) Enterprise Apps has setup PeopleSoft (PS) PROD servers to be deployed at any time. They also set up and switched over to the new IN Phire server, which is used for migrating PS objects and scripts between envrionments.
    1.1) Enterprise Apps also made all required changes for the R:\ drive changes, and are going live on Thursday, September 12th 2024 as part of the regularly scheduled PUM patches.

2) IT Services began work with Infrastructure team on troubleshooting end user devices over wireless and made headway on migrating group policy objects between the domains.
    2.1) IT Services has also been instrumental in crafting communications messages for the campus community, handling 4 recent communications in collaboration with the PMO

3) Infrastructure has been working with every involved team to provide servers, solve networking issues, creating and mapping new drives between servers and helping every team with a multitude of issues. Scott Minton has deployed 50+ new servers for Enterprise Apps alone, and continues to assist every team.

4) 5 communications drafts have been completed and proofed to date, with another 3 being created by David Houseman regarding user experience and expectation. The team has also worked through a timeline of action for this project over the last several project check in and stand up meetings.
