What do I do if my ALEKS scores expired?

Information

ALEKS test expires after 12 months. The access code is needed to retake it.

Answer

To obtain the ALEKS access code, please follow the steps below

1. Log into your MyGRCC account.
2. Click on the GRCC Online Center tile.
3. Select on the Test Placement tile.
4. Click on the ALEKS Math Placement tab and click on the “Click here if ALEKS Account is Expired” button.
5. Click OK to complete your request.
