Discontinued Developmental Math Courses (MA 94, 97, 98)

Information

Effective after the Summer 2024 semester, the following developmental mathematics courses are no longer offered at Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC):

  • MA 94: Introduction to Algebra
  • MA 97: Intermediate Algebra, Part 1
  • MA 98: Intermediate Algebra, Part 2

These courses have been replaced by new pathways designed to help students complete their math requirements more efficiently. If your degree requirements or transfer plan listed these courses, you will need to speak with an advisor or the department to identify the current equivalent.
