I am having issues updating my home address, mailing address, email address, or phone number online. What do I do?

Environment

Information

Students can typically update their contact information directly through their MyGRCC account. If you are unable to log in due to outdated recovery information, IT Support can assist you in regaining access.

Answer

Option 1: Self-Service (Online Center)

  1. Log into the MyGRCC portal.
  2. Select the GRCC Online Center tile.
  3. Select the Profile tile.
  4. Select the specific tab for the information you wish to change (Address, Email, or Phone) and click Edit or Add.

Option 2: Technical Support

If you experience technical errors or cannot log in, contact IT Support:

  • Phone: 616-234-4357
  • IT can assist in troubleshooting the portal and can manually update your phone number or personal email address.

Option 3: In-Person or Email (Address Changes)

Student Financial Services can update your home or mailing address if you provide a valid driver's license:

  • In Person: Visit the first floor of Raleigh J. Finkelstein (RJF) Hall.
  • Email: Send a copy of your ID to studentfinancials@grcc.edu using your official GRCC student email account.

Option 4: Employees and Student Employees

Current GRCC employees and student workers must update their information through Human Resources:
