The traditional paper Michigan Undergraduate Guest Application has been replaced by a streamlined online guest application process at GRCC.

Answer

You can access the digital application on the GRCC website under the Guest Student (opens in a new window) category. Please keep the following enrollment rules in mind:

  • Semester-Based: Guest applications are valid for one semester only. You must reapply for each subsequent semester you wish to attend.
  • Winter/Summer Exception: Applications submitted for the Winter semester are typically rolled over to include the Summer semester.
  • Financial Aid: Guest students are generally not eligible for financial aid through GRCC.
    • If you plan to use financial aid, you must set up a Consortium Agreement through your "Home School" (the college where you are pursuing your degree).
    • Contact the Financial Aid office at your primary institution to initiate this process.
