How do I know if I need to reapply to the college?
Answer
To determine your current status and whether a new application is required, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MyGRCC student account.
- Select the GRCC Online Center application tile.
- Select the Academic Records tile.
- Click on GRCC Declaration of Academic Program to view your current status.
Reapplication Requirements by Status
Check your status below to see if action is required:
- Dual Enrollment Status: You must submit a new student application if you wish to continue taking classes at GRCC after graduating from high school.
- Job Training Status: You must submit a new student application if you are switching from a Job Training program to credit-bearing academic classes.
- Guest Student Status: A new guest application is required for every semester you intend to enroll.
- If you are switching from Guest status to a degree-seeking, personal interest, or Job Training program, you must submit a new student application.
Returning Students
If you have been inactive (not enrolled in classes) for more than two years, your record is no longer active in our system. You must fill out a new application to return to GRCC.
