Academic Progress is a web-based tool designed to help students stay on a clear path to graduation. It enables students and advisors to review past, present, and future coursework to evaluate which degree requirements have been completed and which remain.

Follow these steps to generate and print your progress report:

  1. Log into the MyGRCC Portal (opens in a new window).
  2. Select the GRCC Online Center application tile.
  3. Click the Academic Progress tile.
  4. Select the View What-if Report link from the menu.
  5. Click the Create New Report link.
  6. Verify your information:
    • Select the correct Catalog Year.
    • Ensure your Area of Study is accurate.
  7. Click Submit Request to generate the report.
  8. Click the View Report as PDF button. The report will open in a new window or tab, where you can save or print the document.
