Most employees have a direct phone extension (excluding Adjunct Faculty). GRCC phone numbers begin with (616) 234-XXXX. Employee email addresses typically follow the format of the first initial or full first name followed by the last name (e.g., jdoe@grcc.edu or janesmith@grcc.edu) in all lowercase with no spaces.

How to Find Phone Numbers and Emails

You can locate contact details using either the Directory or the general Website Search:

Option 1: Use the Faculty and Staff Directory

1. Go to the GRCC homepage.
2. Hover over the Faculty and Staff link in the navigation menu.
3. Select Employee Directory.
4. Enter the employee's name in the Search by Name box, or filter by department using the drop-down menu.
5. Click the Search button or press Enter.

Option 2: Use the GRCC Website Search

1. Go to the GRCC homepage.
2. Type the employee's name into the Search box located in the upper right corner.
3. Press Enter.
4. Click the search result link that matches the employee's name to view their profile.

How to Find Office Locations

Office locations are generally tied to the employee's department:

Option 1: Search by Department

1. Go to the GRCC homepage.
2. Type the Department Name in the Search box (upper right corner) and press Enter.
3. The physical location is typically listed in the Contact Info section on the right side of the department's webpage.

Option 2: Use the ASA Directory

• Review the Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) Directory for a comprehensive list of departmental locations.

Note: If you cannot find a specific employee, contact the relevant Department Assistant. You can find the assistant's contact information by searching the website for the name of the department.
