Once enrolled in a waitlisted class, when do I pay my tuition bill?

Information

Standard tuition due dates apply the day you are automatically enrolled in a class. If you are enrolled from a waitlist before the general tuition due date, your updated balance will be reflected in the Online Center.

Answer

Enrolling Before the Tuition Due Date

If you are moved from the waitlist into a class before the scheduled tuition due date, your new balance will be updated in the Online Center. It is your responsibility to pay this updated amount by the standard tuition due date.

Enrolling After the Tuition Due Date

If you are enrolled from the waitlist after the tuition due date has already passed, you must pay the additional tuition by midnight of the same day you were enrolled.

Warning: Failure to pay by midnight puts your entire course schedule at risk. The system may drop the waitlisted class or any of your other registered classes to account for the unpaid balance. It is imperative to pay your tuition before midnight on the day of enrollment.

Students on a Payment Plan

If you have an active payment plan, your balance will automatically update to reflect the new charges. You will receive an email notification detailing the changes to your payment schedule.
