Admissions appointments are designed for prospective students who need help identifying which student category best fits their goals. Please note the following scheduling policies:

  • Advance Booking: Appointments can only be scheduled up to two weeks in advance. If no slots are currently available, please check back daily as new slots open every morning. We offer in-person, virtual and phone appointments at Main and Lakeshore campus, in English and Spanish.
  • Peak Times: Appointments are typically paused during the weeks immediately before and after the start of a semester.
  • Walk-in Support: You are welcome to visit our office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. While walk-ins may not receive a full formal appointment on the spot, staff will assist you as much as possible.
  • Admissions specialist appointments can be schedule on the Admissions and Student Services page. We only allow appointments to be scheduled up to two weeks in advance. If they are full as of today, please check again tomorrow as more slots will open up. These are popular appointments so if you see them filling fast, please keep checking daily. You are also welcome to stop in and ask questions anytime Monday through Friday 8-5. Appointments are paused in the weeks prior to and after the start of a semester. Please note that walk-ins will not receive an entire admissions appointment on the spot, but we will assist as much as we can.

To schedule your appointment online, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the GRCC homepage.
  2. Select Apply and then click the Schedule an Admissions Appointment link.
  3. Select the meeting type that is most convenient for you (In-person or Virtual).

  4. Click on an available date to reveal open time slots.
  5. Click a specific time slot to proceed to the registration form.
  6. Fill out the required information and submit the completed form.
  7. You will receive an automated confirmation at the email address you provided.
