Please join us for our weekly mindfulness & meditation sessions. There are three offerings per week.
- Tuesday Sessions, 11:30AM-12:15PM - starting this week, these sessions will be in the Student Center, Room 350 (in the Counseling and DSS area)
- Thursday Sessions, 2-2:45PM - starting next week, February 15, these sessions will be in the Student Center, Room 350 (in the Counseling and DSS area). Please note that Thursday, February 8 and March 7 will be held in room 124 of the ATC (Google Calendar invites have been updated).
- Friday Sessions, 12-12:45PM - same location, Library Mezzanine
Reminders:
- All sessions are drop in (no RSVP required). When possible, please update your attendance in the Google Calendar invite to ensure we have appropriate space to accommodate our participants
- Do I need to attend every week? No. Stop in when you can. Also, be mindful to attend when your schedule allows and it does not impact your team members or service continuity in an adverse way
- What if I have never meditated before? Or I am a bit anxious about being successful in this practice? All the more reason to join. We are forming a community of learners. Previous experience or knowledge is not necessary - just bring your interest to learn and give it a try!
