Collaboration Friday Recap, September 29, 2023
Our last Collaboration Friday meeting kicked off with some great energy, thanks to the Library and Learning Commons Team. They treated us to a yogurt parfait bar and wrote a song to share more about their team and excellent work. We thought you would enjoy a video of the Library Sing-A-Long (lyrics here)!
We also launched our Student Service focus for the year: Warm Welcomes & Referrals.
After we reviewed the elements of excellent service, we broke into table discussions to offer specific ways we can, and currently do, provide excellent service for our students, our community, and to one another. Your feedback was extensive and helpful. We will be compiling and using it to drive our Warm Welcomes and Referrals work as we move forward. Stay tuned for next steps, resources, and opportunities to celebrate your colleagues and teams who provide this level of service.
