All Student Success Offices will be closed between 8AM-11:30AM on Thursday, August 24 and all team members will participate in Opening Day activities.
- Immediately after events in the Fieldhouse, our division will meet in the ATC Auditorium (Room 168) for brief updates and further exploration of opening day topics and themes.
- There will be a communication sent to students alerting them of this event and closure of student services. We are finalizing a plan to station Student Employees during this time in key service and high traffic areas to greet student and campus visitors and share details regarding this temporary closure (assisting students where possible).
- Place highly visible signs in your service areas regarding this temporary closure.
- The Foundation provided all employee lunch with take place between 11:30AM-1:30PM in the Piazza (ATC). Work with your department leads to take part where possible and ensure you have office coverage beginning at 11:30AM.
